Then, Gem City Revival is back on the Arundel stage with old songs with new soul on Dec. 15. Gem City Revival, made up of Abby Badach Doyle (fiddle, vocals); Angela Phillips (guitar, vocals); and Pat Doyle (guitar, vocals), are an acoustic trio keeping honest, rootsy, Americana music alive in Erie, Pa. Together these young musicians bring a striking combination of talent, chemistry and deep respect for the greats in the folk and alt-country traditions they so love.
And finally, Katie Kurpiewski and Jesse Taylor Smith will combine forces on vocals and guitars with spot-on harmonies on Dec. 22. Audiences can expect to hear an energetic mix of current country, southern and classic rock hits.
Acoustic Ear Candy is back for the last Sunday of the year on Dec. 29. Mike and Marie Miller, along with Harry and Donna Parker, are a popular acoustic quartet that concentrates on the great songs from 60s, 70s, and 80s. Watch for soft rock/country from the catalogs of The Beatles, James Taylor, The Bee Gees, Jim Croce, Bruce Springsteen, Linda Ronstadt, Mary Chapin and more.
