The North East Little Pickers traveled to Summit on Saturday, Sept. 26, to take on the Fort LeBoeuf Bison.
The Bison were too much for North East as they lost 34-6. The Pickers’ lone touchdown came on the opening drive, a 60-yarder from Dillon Rodgers.
The Pickers offense had some success moving the ball, but crucial turnovers stalled the drives. Defensively the Pickers held Fort LeBoeuf to 12 points in the first half.
Fifth quarter play saw JJ Wittman hitting Noah Baker for a 12-yard touchdown pass.
The Little Pickers will next be in action this Saturday, Oct. 3, at McKean Community Park vs General McLane at 2 p.m.
