Is it just me or is something missing?
In November, we as a people have to participate in the presidential election. We need to elect someone that can lead this country to recovery.
Issues like the pandemic, racial problems, riots, no respect for law enforcement and a law enforcement overhaul, to name a few, should be on the top of the list to be addressed.
Both parties had their conventions filled with speeches and testimonies.
I say enough is enough.
We as citizens of the U.S. deserve and should demand several debates between the candidates. We should not have to wait a month’s time for the first debate so candidates can be coached and practice the responses that will attract the most voters.
No teleprompters, coaches or filters. I feel there should be a moderator who can ask the right, hard-hitting questions and let the candidates answer for themselves.
Give them all the same question. But do not allow the candidates to hear the other responses and feed off of it.
This could be a chance for us to hear and get an honest look at who needs to represent us, with their unfiltered answers.
This is a very important election for everyone but most of all for our youngest.
The country is so far in debt, our children and grandchildren will be paying for the inability to control our spending as a country.
Certain things might be free now but do you want your grandchildren paying off your bill?
