Pictured from left are Nicole Hammond (age 13, daughter of Christina Blair and William Hammond), Parker Sweet (age 13, son of Crystal Ostrowski and Tim Sweet); Crystal Delaney and Beth Savage (both receiving on behalf of the residents) as Christmas gifts were delivered by Hammond and Sweet to Rebecca’s personal home care residents. This is the second year that they have delivered gifts to a personal care home. Last year’s recipients were the residents of Heritage House in North East. Parker’s grandmother, Grammy Mitchell, has been the biggest supporter and contributor to this project that means so much to her.
